Wax Work

Wax work begins with waxes we generate from molds or with waxes provided by our clients. The form and texture of these waxes are refined to the highest level of detail possible because the better the wax, the better the casting. Fully refined waxes are then prepared with sprues and vents, which act like plumbling to allow metal into the mold and allow gas to escape. Years of experience in wax working as well as research and development in material interactions allow us to retain the artistic integrity of the orignal object and engineer sprue systems for even the most complex of forms for the highest level of success in the casting process.
