Metal Casting

 

At Chicago Crucible we offer metal casting  in bronze, aluminum, and iron. We use a variety of different melting furnaces and pouring systems depending on the requirements of our clients' diverse projects. Maximum capacities for each metal are 300 lbs of  bronze per melt and 100 lbs of aluminum per melt. Our continuous melt iron furnace produces 120 lbs of iron every 7 minutes. All molds are gravity cast by our experienced foundry crew.
